EX08. Art at Macandrew Bay: Weathered

Friday 13 – Sunday 29 October
Opening: Friday 5pm, then Wednesday to Sunday 12 - 5pm

Weathered features new work by Pauline Bellamy, Manu Berry and John Bellamy.

The varied and curious areas built around the edge of the Otago Harbour have become the subject of detailed explorations by each of our artists. A diverse range of graphic techniques come together to capture these picturesque environments.

In Pauline and John Bellamy's pieces, the working areas of the industrial inner harbour have inspired a series of geometric drypoint etchings and playful mixed media studies.

Manu Berry has focused on Port Chalmers, isolating icons of the distinctive local architecture into bold monochromatic vignettes.

The exhibition will be open before and after the Heritage Festival launch event at the Albatross Centre on October 13th. Early or latecomers welcome up until 7.30pm.

Bellamys Gallery, 495 Portobello Road, Macandrew Bay
